Role Overview The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes and ensure appropriate staffing levels for patient care. They play a proactive role in patient flow and bed management, inspiring a shared vision and demonstrating professional standards. The supervisor models leadership through positive engagement, mentorship, and recognition, fostering a culture of change and accountability. They support staff development and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines, aligning with the organization's Mission, Values, and Service Standards. They participate in staff evaluation processes in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited Nursing programCurrent RN license in the applicable state3-5 years hospital nursing experienceAmerican Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probationPreferred: Bachelor's degree in NursingStrong communication, clinical competence, and data assessment skills
