RN Clinical Supervisor

About the role

The Supervisor Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) oversees patient care tasks performed by lower-level staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising staff to maintain high-quality care and patient safety.
• Coinciding patient care services for seamless delivery and satisfaction.
• Reviewing patient outcomes and care quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Providing guidance on patient care decisions to promote optimal outcomes.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse, including 1 year in a clinical specialty recognized by ANCC or equivalent.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state, with BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
