RN Clinical Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for overall supervision and operations of the designated physician office(s). Works with management and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of a school of professional nursing
• Valid Registered Nurse license required
• Maintains CPR certification
• 3 years experience in a physician office setting or related field; supervisory experience preferred
• Electronic medical record experience preferred
• Staff scheduling experience preferred

Qualifications

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of clinical operations, service excellence, clinical quality and education initiatives
• Familiarity with computers
