About the role
The RN Clinical Supervisor - Ambulatory at Community Health Network is responsible for leading and supporting clinical staff in multiple Ear, Nose, and Throat clinics across Indianapolis, Anderson, Kokomo, Noblesville, and Westfield. This role involves collaborating with nursing administration, practice leadership, and other administrative staff to enhance clinical services, implement process improvements, and support quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with others in a team setting to achieve quality and safety outcomes.
- Assist with overall clinical staff development, including hiring, coaching, training, and providing feedback on performance evaluations.
- Ensure retention of talent by incorporating proper training and development of low-performing staff.
- Adhere to established quality principles and standards.
- Collaborate with nursing administration, practice leadership, and other administrative staff to create efficient clinical services.
- Room patients and triage as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed RN with a valid Indiana license in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Three years of medical office experience required.
- Two years of clinical supervision or lead experience preferred.
- Computer skills for documentation and work-related purposes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated customer service skills to provide exceptional patient and family experience.
- Able to maintain strong internal and patient/staff relations.
- Accountable and self-directed.
