• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow

• Mentor and develop nursing staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse license
• Experience in outpatient or clinical supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Knowledge of quality improvement, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Commitment to community health and cultural responsiveness
