RN Clinical Nurse - Full-Time

About the role

Provides and supervises nursing care within an assigned area, ensuring adherence to recognized standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Plans, delivers, documents, and evaluates patient care based on individual needs and provider's orders.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care, treatment, and patient responses.
• Directs nursing staff activities and upholds organizational values and customer service standards.
• Observe and report patient status, ensure safe and effective nursing interventions, maintain compliance with standards, and support team activities.
• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks and handle exposure to communicable diseases and chemicals.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with current Ohio RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Relevant clinical experience, including specialized certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Certifications in specific clinical areas.
• Prior experience in specialized units such as OR, PACU, psychiatry, radiology, or cardio-pulmonary nursing.
