Clinical Nurse - Full Time

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in an inpatient specialized spine unit, focusing on neurologic and orthopedic spine patients. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, patient, and family, ensuring clear communication across care continuum.Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement.This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices. Qualifications Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.Experience: No experience required; preferred 2 years of experience for advanced roles.Licenses & Certifications: Active RN license.
