RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Med Surg

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and unit coordination during their shift. Responsibilities Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow.Collaborate with management to assess and improve patient care quality.Foster teamwork by working with subject matter experts and other managers.Support a patient-first approach and engage in service recovery as needed.Implement nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement, including rounding initiatives.Participate in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and equipment supplies. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma.Valid Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS & ACLS).At least 2 years of nursing experience.
