About the role
The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and unit coordination during their shift.
Responsibilities
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow.
- Collaborate with management to assess and improve patient care quality.
- Foster teamwork by working with subject matter experts and other managers.
- Support a patient-first approach and engage in service recovery as needed.
- Implement nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement, including rounding initiatives.
- Participate in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and equipment supplies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma.
- Valid Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS & ACLS).
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
