RN, Clinical Coordinator - Saint Luke's East

About the role

The Clinical Coordinator supports CVRU, Medical Specialty & Intermediate Float Pool. The position operates on an 8a-5p schedule, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new RNs and NA's
• Assist the Clinical Nurse Manager in overseeing unit operations
• Provide guidance and support to staff in maintaining departmental records and managing staff development
• Act as a resource and advocate for improving the professional practice environment
• Develop and implement patient care and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross

Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting

Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
