Clinical Coordinator (RN)

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working.
• Watch over the people who give care to patients, making sure they’re doing their job right.
• Make sure the care given is safe and makes patients feel good.
• Build strong connections with patients and their families.
• Work in a busy, team-based environment.

Requirements

• Have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and know CPR.
• Have at least 18 months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis.
• Get approval for being ready to work in charge of nurses (Charge RN).
• Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice to have.
• Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg settings.
• Have CNN/CDN certification if you can get it.
• Be good with computers, especially MS Word and Outlook.
• Be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays.
