Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how things turn out
- Watch over the clinical staff, especially the PCTs
- Make sure the dialysis is done safely and with compassion
- Build lasting connections with patients and their loved ones
- Operate in a bustling, collaborative work environment
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license and CPR certification
- At least 18 months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
- Approval for Charge RN readiness
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
