Clinical Coordinator, RN

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
• Watch over the nurses and other staff members who provide dialysis care
• Make sure everyone is doing their job safely and with compassion
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families
• Work in a busy, team-based environment

Requirements

• Have a current Registered Nurse license and know CPR
• Have at least 18 months of nursing experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
• Get approval for being ready to work in charge of patients
• Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice to have
• Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg settings
• Have CNN/CDN certification if possible
• Be good with computers (know MS Word and Outlook)
• Be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays
