Clinical Coordinator, RN

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how things go.
• Watch over the folks who give care to patients.
• Make sure the care given is safe and kind.
• Build strong ties with patients and their loved ones.
• Handle a busy, team-based work environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• At least 18 months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis.
• Approval for Charge RN readiness.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
• A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
