RN Clinical Coordinator in the Operating Room.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily OR operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide safe, evidence-based perioperative care in collaboration with surgeons and anesthesia providers.
- Supervise and mentor OR nursing staff.
- Manage scheduling, supplies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Champion quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives.
- Participate in staff education and performance improvement activities.
- Collaborate across departments to foster teamwork and clinical excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of perioperative care, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care.
