RN Clinic Supervisor, General Internal Med

This is a salaried, 100% FTE position based at the Union Corners and East Terrace Clinics in Madison, WI. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. No weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on operational needs.

About the role

Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services. Supervise the clinical team at the Union Corners and East Terrace General Internal Medicine Clinics. Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice. Facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning, and provision of high-quality, cost-effective care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• RN license in the state where employed.
• 2 years of RN experience.
• 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience (preferred).
• Applicable clinical certification (preferred).
