About the role
This is a 100% FTE, full-time salaried position with typical hours between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. No holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Responsibilities
- Assist the RN clinic manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in the ambulatory setting
- Supervise and manage a team of 19 nursing direct reports at three different clinic locations
- Promote and support onboarding of new hires, staff continuing education and evidence-based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care
- Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines while also serving as a strong nursing resource within the ENT specialty of care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 2 years of RN experience
- 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience
- Required Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Applicable clinical certification (preferred)
