RN Circulator - Surgical OR

About the role

This full-time position involves providing circulating nurse services in a healthcare facility, supporting surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining sterile environments during surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain sterile environments during surgeries.
• Assist with various surgical procedures, including:
  • Robotics-assisted surgeries
  • Hernia repairs
  • Gall bladder and appendix surgeries
  • Bowel resections
  • Joint replacements
  • Arthroscopy
  • Fracture treatments
  • Urological treatments
  • Gynecological surgeries
  • Pain therapy
  • EGD’s and colonoscopies
• Participate in call responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of relevant experience preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts per week.
