RN Circulator - Surgery

Join our team as a day shift, full-time RN Circulator at INTEGRIS Health Woodward Hospital in Woodward, OK. This position operates 0700-1530 with call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, reassessment, development and implementation of the plan of care, and evaluation of interventions.
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and non-licensed personnel in patient care.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate.
• Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals based on the level of patient contact.
• May be required to float to other units or participate in on-call status.
• Mental Health staff must assist with physical restraint of patients using the identified Behavior Management Technique System.
• Potential for exposure to infections, communicable diseases, blood, body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals; must follow standard precautions.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or a multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Hospice: CPR in lieu of BLS).
• Other certifications and competencies as required by the service line.
• Hospice and Employee Health: Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proof of current automobile liability insurance.
• INTEGRIS Mental Health: Valid Oklahoma State Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier (for operating INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicles).

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospice: CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse) certification.
