About the Role
Join our team as a mid-shift, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. This position operates on a 0900-2330 schedule. INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a dedicated caregiver to partner with people to live healthier lives.
The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. This role may require floating to other units and participating in on-call status. Population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals are required.

Responsibilities
- Assessment and re-assessments of patients
- Development of the plan of care
- Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
- Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
- Supervision and coordination of licensed and non-licensed personnel in patient care
- Provision of guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students
- Mental Health staff must assist with physical restraint of patients using the identified Behavior Management Technique System
This position may have additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Potential for exposure to infections, communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals. Standard precautions must be followed.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Hospice Only: Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association in lieu of BLS
- Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
- Hospice and Employee Health: Valid driver's license, available and dependable transportation, ability to drive an automobile, and proof of current automobile liability insurance
- INTEGRIS Mental Health: Valid Oklahoma State Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier (for operating INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicles)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospice only: CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse)
