RN Charge Nurse - MedSurg - Full Time Days

Role: Registered Nurse providing direct patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care to optimize outcomes; advocate for patients and ensure satisfaction; participate in performance improvement initiatives; maintain professional competence; mentor colleagues; support shared governance; document care activities; and uphold safety and confidentiality standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's nursing degree preferred; active RN license (multi-state or single-state); BLS certification; minimum of two years leadership and Med Surg experience highly preferred; strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional growth and adherence to standards.
