About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. This role involves participating in quality improvement, supporting patient satisfaction, and promoting professional development within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care according to policies.
• Document assessments, care delivered, and changes in patient status accurately.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing health education, and communicating with families and staff.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and adhering to confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
• Current RN license, with multi-state licensure or single-state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
