About the role

A Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within a collaborative care team. Acts as a primary liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Active RN license (multi-state or single-state) and BLS certification.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
