The RN Clinical Charge Nurse oversees daily unit operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

• Rounds on patients, evaluates care quality, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Promotes teamwork, effective communication, and supports performance improvement initiatives.
