RN - Central Resource Team - Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care aligned with state laws and hospital policies.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care accordingly.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to achieve unit goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree acceptable with a plan to attain a Bachelor’s within five years if applicable.
• Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of employment.

Schedule
