RN - Cardiovascular II

About the Role

Provide specialized nursing care in high-acuity settings, requiring critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in stressful environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care for cardiovascular, intensive care, and pediatric patients
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy with appropriate certification
• Respond to emergencies and ensure timely intervention
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of cardiovascular or ICU experience
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Possess required certifications including ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate, ACLS, and PALS (as applicable)
• Ability to obtain additional certifications within specified timeframes if coming from non-pediatric or L&D backgrounds
