RN - Cardiovascular II

This role requires a highly skilled registered nurse with at least one year of cardiovascular or intensive care experience. It demands critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment to work independently in stressful environments and ensure patient safety. The position involves administering specialized treatments, including chemotherapy and biotherapy, requiring ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate. Additional certifications such as ACLS are necessary for ICU, ED, PACU, and other specialized areas, while PALS is required for Pediatric units. Newly licensed RNs must obtain ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring certifications within specified timeframes. The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care, ensuring compliance with certification requirements, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
