About the Role
Wentworth Health Partners Cardiology offers expert care in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease to enhance your overall health. We are a full-service practice offering a full range of cardiology services including, general and interventional cardiology, heart failure, interventional procedures, electrophysiology, device implants, anticoagulation management and more. We are seeking a full time, 40-hour RN to support our practice located at 19 Old Rollinsford Road in Dover, NH on Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
- Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
- Licenses and Credentials: Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - required, Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - preferred.
- Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.
