RN - Cardiac Rehab - 36 Hours

Position: RN - Cardiac Rehab in Arlington Heights, offering a competitive hourly rate based on experience. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients and families using the nursing process.Maintain current clinical competencies and contribute to the professional development of peers.Integrate ethical standards and evidence-based practices into patient care.Promote safety and oversee staff in providing quality care.Ensure thorough and timely documentation and perform related duties as assigned.Recognize and respond appropriately to emergency situations to maintain a safe environment. Qualifications & Skills: At least one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in critical care areas such as ICU, ER, or Cath lab.Graduate from an accredited nursing program and possess mastery of nursing skills.Current Illinois Nursing license and American Heart Association CPR certification; ACLS required within six months.Effective communication skills, with the ability to guide and supervise nursing staff.
