RN - Cardiac Rehab - 36 Hours

Role: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Rehab Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Maintain competency with current standards and contribute to peer development.Integrate ethical practices, evidence-based research, and promote safety for patients and staff.Supervise and guide nursing personnel, ensuring thorough and timely documentation.Recognize and respond effectively to emergency situations, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills At least one year of nursing experience; critical care experience preferred.Graduate from an accredited nursing school and demonstrate mastery of nursing skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Current Illinois Nursing license, AHA CPR certification, with ACLS required within six months.
