RN - Cardiac Med/Surg - Weekend

Join our Med/Surg nursing team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Include Applying evidence-based nursing practices through the nursing process, protocols, and procedures.Assessing patient status via interviews, observations, and physical assessments.Developing individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team.Implementing interventions to achieve expected outcomes and evaluating patient progress continuously.Documenting care accurately and maintaining professional accountability.Utilizing technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment and perform bedside lab testing.Coordinating interdisciplinary patient care, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with team members.Providing patient education tailored to age, cultural, and developmental needs, ensuring safety and understanding.Participating in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and process enhancements.Promoting teamwork, effective communication, and high patient satisfaction. Qualifications: Valid RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Certified EKG Technician (CET), and Nursing education diploma. Strong clinical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential for success.
