RN - Cardiac Med/Surg - Proctor

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes
• Promote evidence-based practice
• Perform physical assessments
• Develop and modify care plans
• Document patient progress
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
• Provide patient education tailored to individual needs, considering cultural and developmental factors
• Advocate for patients with the medical team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and team activities

Qualifications

• RN license
• BLS certification
• Certified EKG Technician (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Relevant clinical experience
