Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, quality care in the Cardiac Pavilion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
- Monitor patient progress and evaluate care outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure.
- Preferrred minimum of 1 year RN experience.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) or completion within 30 days.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and physical mobility.
