Elara Caring is seeking a passionate Branch Director Registered Nurse Behavioral Health to join their elite team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience with clinical and financial operations, as well as behavioral health experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the mission of delivering the right care, at the right time, in the right place
- Manage clinical and financial operations within the branch
- Collaborate with a caring and supportive team to help keep patients home
- Exceed the expectations of each patient served, each visit, every day
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with experience in healthcare field
- Registered Nurse license or equivalent clinical licensure preferred
- Positive attitude
- Dedication to quality patient care
- Strong communication and computer skills
