RN Branch Director - Home Health

Responsibilities

• Supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff.
• Report directly to the Agency Administrator.
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem solve.
• Possess previous home health and management experience.
• Have an excellent knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree OR an associate's degree with 6 credits in community health nursing theory or 6 credits in health care management.
• Must have one year of supervisory experience in a home health setting.
• Must currently be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based.
• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Must have a minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
