RN - Bed Control / Transfer Center, Nights

Responsibilities

• Cookbook the hospital beds.
• Evaluate, process, and document patient transfers.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and physicians to optimize patient flow.
• Assess patient needs for appropriate care and bed placement.
• Work with hospital leadership to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 3-5 years of RN experience in acute care; critical care or emergency/trauma experience preferred.
• Proficient with EPIC EMR platform.
• RN licensure in Georgia or multistate licensure required.
• BCLS certification through the American Heart Association required.
• Leadership experience such as charge nurse preferred.

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Varies based on department needs and patient load.
