Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Cookbook the hospital's bed coordination and patient transfer processes.
• Evaluate and process patient transfers, collaborating with various departments to optimize patient flow and service quality.
• Absorb and document patient placements, assessing patients for appropriate care levels and bed assignments.
• Solve problems and provide customer service to determine the best course of action for patients, physicians, and the hospital.
• Work closely with House Supervisors, referring physicians, staff, and administration to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 3-5 years RN experience in acute care required.
• Critical care or emergency/trauma experience preferred.
• Proficient with EPIC EMR platform required.
• Led team experience preferred.
• Georgia RN licensure and BCLS certification required.
