About the Role
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) directly reports to the departmental Manager. They clinically and administratively support the team, monitor staffing and scheduling, and develop a state of constant readiness for regulatory agencies. They are also actively engaged in patient satisfaction improvement/stabilization and improvement of departmental efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and flow
- Manage and engage team building and performance
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Licensure: Maryland Registered Nurse License (RN)
- Certification: American Heart Association BLS
- Experience: At least two years of Operating Room nursing experience
- One year of leadership experience
