About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Support staff recruitment, retention, and mentoring to build a strong, competent team.
  • Assist in budget development and monitor fiscal outcomes.
  • Promote shared governance, effective communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Encourage staff competency, professional growth, and evidence-based practice.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and use data to inform decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Licensed RN with current certification (RN-Compact or single state).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; national nursing administration certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
