About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support staff recruitment, retention, and mentoring to build a strong, competent team.
- Assist in budget development and monitor fiscal outcomes.
- Promote shared governance, effective communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Encourage staff competency, professional growth, and evidence-based practice.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and use data to inform decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Licensed RN with current certification (RN-Compact or single state).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; national nursing administration certification preferred.
- At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
