Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
• RN licensure
• BLS certification
• A minimum of 3 years clinical experience
• Preferred national certification in nursing administration
• Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, mentorship, and a strong desire for professional growth
• Knowledge of healthcare finance, data utilization, risk management, and regulatory standards
