RN Ambulatory Nurse - Call Center

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Advice Call Center, primarily working remotely with on-site training. This role involves triaging patient concerns, providing clinical advice, and educating patients across all ages.

Responsibilities

• Triaging patient concerns via phone and electronic messages
• Assessing symptoms and providing evidence-based clinical advice
• Scheduling appointments
• Educating patients across all ages

Qualifications

• RN licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 2 years of primary care telephone triage experience
• BSN preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment abilities
• Excellent communication and counseling skills
• Proficiency in EMR documentation
• Ability to work in a team-based, diverse environment

Schedule

Various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with shift durations of 8-10 hours. No on-call duties.
