Role Overview Provides professional nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Ensures clinical excellence by promoting evidence-based practices, developing individualized care plans, and documenting patient progress. Demonstrates technical skills, maintains current knowledge, and fosters team development through informal teaching. Key Responsibilities Assess patient status via interviews, observations, and physical exams.Develop and modify personalized care plans with patient and team collaboration.Implement interventions to meet patient outcomes and evaluate progress continuously.Complete accurate documentation, including charts and reports.Utilize technical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and lab specimen collection.Promote safety through proper equipment use and patient handling techniques.Coordinate interdisciplinary care, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively within the team.Advocate for patients, facilitate patient and family education tailored to individual needs and cultural considerations.Participate in quality improvement activities, data collection, and process enhancements to improve patient satisfaction and care outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.Educational background in nursing, with a focus on evidence-based practice, patient safety, and team collaboration.Strong clinical assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.Commitment to professional growth, patient safety, and quality care standards.
