About the Role

As a registered nurse, you will apply your professional knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans collaboratively.
• Utilize appropriate interventions to achieve patient outcomes and document progress consistently.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency with equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform bedside lab testing with quality control.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, communicate effectively with team members, and advocate for patients.
• Educate patients and families using tailored teaching strategies considering cultural, developmental, and age-specific needs.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts, data collection, and process enhancements to ensure high standards of care and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Licensed RN with active state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Nursing diploma.
