Registered Nurse - Advanced Care Unit

Role Overview Provides professional nursing care by applying nursing process, promoting evidence-based practices, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical exams.Develop and modify individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Implement interventions to achieve patient outcomes and evaluate progress continuously.Document care activities accurately and maintain current knowledge of nursing practices.Perform bedside lab testing, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed.Coordinate interdisciplinary care, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with team members.Educate patients and families using age, cultural, and developmental considerations, ensuring safety and understanding.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and process enhancements to improve patient care and satisfaction.Advocate for patients, collaborate with physicians, and promote team performance. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license and BLS certification. Nursing diploma or degree. Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills. Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating professional accountability.
