Responsibilities
- Performs unit-specific duties

- Conducts initial patient assessments
- Develops and modifies care plans
- Ensures safety for patients and staff
- Communicates effectively with patients and families through hourly rounding and bedside reports
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- Certification in BLS and ACLS (within specified timeframes)
- Relevant education
