About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Designee, PT (part-time, blended position in office and in field) in Springfield, MO.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Engage in ongoing education and skill development through simulation labs and other resources.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about providing exceptional care to clients and families.

• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in electronic charting systems.

Pay

Details TBA based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

Available shifts include: Days, evenings, or nights; 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts; part-time or full-time (PRN not currently available).
