Pediatric RN- Home Care

Position Overview

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a pediatric 1:1 private duty case in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This case involves providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care to a young child in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing care
• Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
• Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
• Ensure infection control and proper equipment use in the home environment

Pay Rate

RN: $45/hr

Available Shifts

• Evening shifts
• Weekend shifts

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
• Certified Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
