RN Homecare Pediatric

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for pediatric patients in various locations. Responsibilities include: utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; delivering skilled nursing services per prescribed orders; assessing signs of physiological and psychosocial changes; and analyzing patient data to identify diagnoses. Qualifications: current licensure as an LPN/LVN; valid TB or Chest X-Ray; current BLS certification; and preferably one year of professional nursing experience.
