Position Overview
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight NG-tube pediatric nursing care for an infant male in Sewaren, NJ. This position offers a steady, predictable schedule with immediate openings for 8-hour overnight shifts, 5 nights per week.
Key Responsibility
Provide overnight NG-tube pediatric nursing care — Monitor the infant’s safety, manage NG-tube feedings, and ensure comfort and stability throughout the night.
Pay Rates
RN: $45/hr
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
- Experience with NG-tube feeding preferred (training available)
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
