About the role
The onsite Quality Support Nurse provides direct, patient-facing care in inpatient units, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address quality care gaps related to falls, HAPI, CAUTI, and CLABSI. They conduct rounds, assist with patient needs, and promote evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.
Schedule
The role involves working three 12-hour shifts, rotating between day and evening schedules, on a full-time basis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with BLS certification and relevant life support credentials.
- Minimum of 6 months nursing experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Provide top scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
- Partner with unit teams to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff and fostering continuous learning.
