About the role
Onsite Quality Support Nurse providing direct patient care in a high-acuity inpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bedside rounds
- Collaborate with unit teams
- Address patient care needs
- Identify and close quality care gaps related to safety initiatives such as falls, HAPI, CAUTI, and CLABSI
Key Duties
- Practice at the top of scope
- Utilize evidence-based practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams
- Precept new staff
- Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
Qualifications & Skills
- RN licensure
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Work Environment
- Acute care units with moderate to high patient acuity
- Rotating day and evening shifts
